You receive an itemized written quote covering product cost, shopping, transport and delivery.

Your Approval
Nothing moves until you say yes. Ask questions, adjust quantities or change the trip.

Payment
We send a Stripe invoice or payment link. Card numbers are never collected through this website.

Pricing
How a quote is calculated
We do not publish fixed rates, because two orders of the same size can cost very different amounts. Every written quote is built from these parts.
- Actual product cost from the retailer
- Shopping and coordination work
- Cargo space and transportation
- Pickup or final delivery
- Size, weight and special handling
- Route and destination
- Applicable payment-processing costs and taxes
Payment
Card numbers are never collected through this website. After you approve your written quote, Marcella sends a Stripe invoice or payment link. Product costs and transport are shown separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
