Your details are used to prepare a quote, coordinate shopping or cargo, arrange delivery or pickup, and follow up on your order. Trip announcements are sent only if you opt in to them, and you can ask to stop at any time.

Storage and sharing

Quote requests and uploaded photos are stored in a private, access-controlled database and are not publicly viewable. Information is never sold. It is shared only where necessary to complete your order — for example, with a store for a pickup or with a payment processor for an invoice you approve.
