Requests and quotes

Submitting the quote form is a request, not a confirmed booking. MARCELLAS POP UP SHOP reviews each request and may decline items it cannot safely or legally purchase or transport. You receive a written, itemized quote before anything is purchased or moved.

Approval and payment

An order is confirmed only after you approve the quote and the required payment is received. Payment is requested through a Stripe invoice or payment link after quote approval.

Availability and timing

Stock, store availability, route, weather and trip capacity all affect what can be delivered and when. Dates shared with you are best estimates and are not guaranteed.

Pickup and delivery

Orders are collected or delivered as agreed in your quote. Please arrange pickup promptly once you are notified that your order has arrived.
