Marcella's story

The beginning
Marcella started working at her family's corner store as a child. Handling money, serving customers and being trusted with responsibility became second nature long before it was a job title. In time she became the store's general manager.
A choice
She once planned to travel internationally for school. Instead she chose to raise a family of seven — a decision that shaped how she runs this business today: patiently, personally and with everybody's needs in mind.
2020
When her husband lost his job in 2020, Marcella turned what she knew — shopping, service and people — into stability for her family. It started with word of mouth and a Facebook post.
Today
Those first requests grew into recurring shopping trips, cargo deliveries, community pop-up shops and long-standing customer relationships across the North. Faith, family and resilience still run the business; so does a clear understanding of how hard it can be to get ordinary products when you live far from a city.
